I remember the joy I felt when I snapped the first picture with my first DSLR camera – a Nikon Coolpix L830. I wanted to capture just about everything and I did (for the most part). I look back on some of those images and they don’t look half as crisp as I thought they were at the time but the memories they captured linger on. I love taking beautiful pictures but believe me, I don’t always. Sometimes the lighting is off, or my camera settings are wonky or I’m just having a bad day. But those times when the shot works out just right, make it all worth it. I’m still growing and learning but I love the memories I’m creating as I go along. I hope you will too.
